This cell was warned for baseball sized hail and 70mph winds. The large hail was sporadic but hail the size of quarters was plenty. Winds in excess of 70mph were reported in multiple areas. Given the slow storm motion, heavy precipitation, and already saturated ground, flash flooding occurred almost immediately. Multiple occupied vehicles were stalled out throughout many roads.
