We’re currently witnessing the death of rock as we know it – in 10 or 20 years at the most, all our favorite ‘legends’ will be gone with no one left to replace them. Maybe this is a bit harsh as there are many great young talents out there, but are any of them Ozzy Osbourne in the making? Or Keith Richards? Or Elvis Presley? Or Kurt Cobain, John Lennon, Lemmy, Meatloaf, Prince, Bon Scott etc etc? The middle breakdown section in this song is something that I genuinely believe is an original concept. It’s a symbolic circus where the deceased ‘rock stars’ all play and sing to an ever growing crowd of onlookers. A place that just keeps getting fuller and fuller by the year.“
