The team relay was the final event of the IUKL World Cup & Grand Prix that took place at the Education Village in Darlington, UK, on the weekend of 9-10 August 2014. Created by Sergey Rachinskiy, the team relay consists of 5x3min rounds with no break between each. Each lifter much achieve the maximum number of repetitions possible in three minutes and on putting the weights down is immediately followed by the next lifter in their team.
