This is a speed passing and dribble drill to improve player’s ball control and passing skills under high (speed) pressure. You can start the passing part of this soccer exercise at medium speed and speed up every round. In the end, this exercise will be done at maximum speed, so the players learn to perform passing on pressure. The slalom is for ball control.
