#APPLESUCKS I visited the Apple service center in #galleria yesterday. I tested Apple AC Wall Plug Adapter Recall Program and Apple Ultracompact USB Power Adapter Exchange Program. Apple announced some Power Adapter Exchange programs, creating a risk of electric shock. On the official Apple web site you can find this information. Especially, scared texts like users should immediately stop using power adaptor until they exchange them for a new ones. But in fact technical support staff don’t know the terms of the programs. They don’t follow the replacement conditions. I was not satisfied that service. Apple looks like it doesn’t matter that you might be electrocuted. The main thing is that the mask is worn when visiting the store. I started #AppleSucks program to get people involved in security issues and to draw Apple’s attention to low tech support.
