It’s here! The 2021 update to the annual Batman Workout! I took a different approach this time: pretending that Bruce Wayne actually approached me to write him a functional training program. What would that look like?
This time, we’re focusing on the importance of training under pressure, staying sharp and focused, and using the full proprioceptive capabilities of the body. We’re training psychomotor vigilance and working memory by making workouts more varied, challenging, and engaging. Taking everything we learned over the year and adding it to the Batman Training program! Strength endurance and will power are also going to be big focusses.
