Unused/Unfinished Octo Expansion Boss!

When I went to load this guy, I originally thought it would just crash the game. How wrong I was. Some info about this boss: -Uses a standard octarian model, presumably as a placeholder. The model is also scaled up by 10x -Shoots lots of “bubbles“ as a primary attack. Although they seemed to be aimed behind and above the player, which is interesting -Can shoot splat bombs out of it’s forehead periodically -Can shoot stingrays from it’s eyes periodically, although they are broken and don’t lock onto the pla
