Pink Floyd ♫ Musicforum Ossiachersee 1971 (Alternate Footage)

**No copyright infringement intended** : Am 1. Juli 1971 traten Pink Floyd das erste mal in Österreich auf. Pink Floyd wurden damals von Friedrich Gulda, ein bekannter österreichischer Pianist, der Pink Floyd zuvor in München im Zirkus Krone 1970 live gesehen hatte, zum Musikforum in Ossiach eingeladen worden. Vor vielen Jahren traf ich mich mit Siegmar Bergelt, dem ehemaligen Manager von Gulda, zu einem Interview. Bis heute habe ich von diesem Gespräch, dass hauptsächlich aus Fragen um Pink Floyd in Ossiach bestand, noch nichts weitergegeben. Etwas das ich in der Zukunft nachholen werde. Bergelt erzählte mir bei diesem Interview viele Details über das Zustandekommen des Pink Floyd Konzertes in Ossiach! Die Kleine Zeitung berichtete dankenswerterweise, anlässlich des 40jährigen Musikforum Jubiläums, über dieses damalige Großereignis und zeigt auch einige sehr schöne Pink Floyd Fotos: Als Hippies Ossiach stürmten. Pink Floyd rückte mit zwei Sattelschleppern an, um ihre Rock-Symphonie »Atom Heart Mother« mit 60-köpfigem Chor und Bläsern erschallen zu lassen. Mit einer kolportierten Gage zwischen und Schilling war es das teuerste Konzert, das es in Kärnten bis dahin gegeben hatte. Pink Floyd have been at that time of Friedrich Gulda, a famous Austrian pianist, Pink Floyd had seen before in the Circus Krone in Munich 1970 live, invited to the music forum, Ossiach. Many years ago I met with Siegmar Bergelt, former manager of Gulda, for an interview. To date I have this conversation that mostly questions about Pink Floyd in Ossiach existed, yet passed. Something that I’ll catch up in the future. Bergelt told me in this interview, many details about the origin of the Pink Floyd concert in Ossiach! The Kleine Zeitung reported thankfully, on the occasion of the 40th anniversary music forum, about this big event, and then shows some very nice photos Pink Floyd: The hippies stormed Ossiach. Pink Floyd moved in with two articulated lorries to leave their rock symphony “Atom Heart Mother“ resound with 60-köpfigem choir and brass. With a salary bandied 200,000 to 300,000 shillings, it was the most expensive concert that had existed in Carinthia until then. Pink Floyd’s record company was, however, no photo - and sound recordings of the concert.
