Germany: Mussolini’s cap and other belongings go up for auction

The grey visor cap worn by Italian fascist dictator Benito Mussolini is up for auction amongst other personal belongings of the ’Duce’, as seen on Friday in Kirchheim unter Teck, near Stuttgart. Mussolini wore the emblematic cap as he was awarded the first title of corporal honour, ’Primo Caporale d’Onore’ of the so-called Blackshirts, the paramilitary wing of the National Fascist Party, MVSN (Voluntary Militia for National Security).
