Hide: Severus Snape

If you haven’t read Deathly Hallows, this won’t make any sense to you, and it will totally spoil it. I’ve always wanted to make a video focusing around Snapes death and all the things going through his head as he lay dying; how he gave up his entire life for Lily, and after that the protection of her son, only to have it all end with his own death. I’m sure the only question running through his mind was ’Was is worth it?’ I also thought he may not be as aware of what was going on around him. As he tries to staunch the wound at his neck, lying alone on the floor of the Shrieking Shack, he thinks of Lily, so when Harry comes to his side, Snape thinks it Lily coming to take him to death. He reaches out to her, and when he grabs Harry, he comes back to reality long enough to remember he gave his life to Harry, and gives him his memories, before seeing Harry’s eyes again and thinking it Lily.
