Subscribe to our channel! Firefighting efforts continued in Cyprus on Sunday, as a huge forest blaze killed four, destroyed properties and forced evacuations. Helicopters were seen collecting and dropping water in the areas ravaged by flames. Drone footage captured burned down woods on mountain ranges. Israel and Greece deployed aircraft to Cyprus in a bid to help the Mediterranean island tackle the fire. Four bodies were discovered charred near the village of Odos, in the district of Larnaca, east of Arakapas where a large portion of the fires began burning acres of forest and land. The Egyptian government has confirmed the four victims were Egyptian.
