WITCHY DIY: Hygiene Potion Soap Dispenser

If you’ve seen my latest Decorate With Me, then you know what this is! I decided to make my own soap dispenser for my guest bathroom to match my Witchy Woodland Wonderland theme, and thought you all might want to do something similar. And yes, I know that hygiene is spelled incorrectly on the label. I noticed it after everything was done, and didn’t want to go back and fix it.
