姑父家有一大片藕田,每年种藕时候,他就在藕田里放了一些鱼苗,也不需要额外喂养!藕田里的鱼肉质细嫩,鱼鳞略带金黄色,到过年的时候,能卖个好价钱! 平日里自家人想吃鱼了,便将鱼笼放藕田里,撒些鱼饵,放上一整天,就能捕上几条!我们这常见的做法就是用酸木瓜煮的酸辣鱼,又酸又辣特别下饭,家里人都百吃不厌,这次除了酸辣鱼,我也尝试给他们做了没吃过的菊花鱼! ※Click “cc“ on the lower right menu to choose your subtitle language. Fish growing in lotus root fields have golden scales and their meat is tender. They can sell for a good price during the Chinese New Year. When my family want to eat fish, we’ll throw a fish cage into the fields and spray some bait. Leave the cage in the pond for a day and we’ll get several fish. The common way of cooking fish here is add some sour papaya to make Hot and Sour Fish, which goes quite well with rice. My family would never have enough of it.
