25 MINUTE FITNESS WORKOUT FOR KIDS: HOME EXERCISE

Let’s improve our kids’ fitness level with this 25-minute workout!! These exercises can improve mobility, balance and motor skills, as well as being a good way to get in shape by burning body fat and eliminating calories. They will help kids get a healthier and fitter body. The workout consists of a quick stretching routine to warm up the body, followed by simple standing exercises, and then transitioning to more challenging mat routines. Although it’s a a longer routine, it’s easy and very simple, and the little ones will have lots of fun doing it!!
