244: Haolonggood Apatosaurus (2023) Review

It is hard to believe, for a sauropod lover, that this isn’t a dream. First, Rebor hits us with not one but two variants of its 1:35 Diplodocus. Then Haolonggood, not satisfied with resting on its laurels, follows up immediately with its 1:35 Apatosaurus. Done not just with its usual sculpt and paint standard, with plenty of detail and complexity you will discover only on keen inspection, but it’s a much needed update to my ancient Carnegie Apatosaurus. The powerful beauty of this animal is wonderfully brought out, with a gait that shows grace with ponderosity in a beautiful juxtaposition that will please any dinosaur, and especially sauropod, collector.
