Ingredients Quantity
Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
Shahi jeera ¼ tsp
Cumin ½ tsp
Fennel seeds ¼ tsp
Poppy seeds 1 tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Stone flower ½ tsp
Cinnamon stick 1 inch
Star anise ½ inch
Green cardamom 4 no
Clove 4 no
Kashmiri red chilli 2 no
Bedgi mirch 2 no
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1 no ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Fish 3 to 4 no
Grated coconut 2 tbsp
Water as required
Oil 1 tsp
Refined flour 1 cup 1 tbsp
Semolina 1cup
Oil for frying
Method
1. In a kadhai add coriander seeds , shahi jeera , cumin seeds , fennel seeds ,poppy seeds , black pepper , stone flower , cinnamon stick , star anise, green cardamom, clove , kashmiri red chilli , grated coconut and roast it well.
2. In a bowl add ginger garlic paste , turmeric , lemon juice , salt to taste and mix it well take a fish and marinate it well ,and rest it for 2o min .
3. Once the dry masala is roasted properly remove it in a mixture jar, add lemon juice ,add water to it and grind it in to a fine paste , remove it in a bowl add salt to taste, lemon juice , oil and mix it well
4. From a first marinade remove the fish and dab it with your hand and add it in to the second marination , marinate it well and keep it aside , in a plate add refined flour , in an another plate add semolina and add little bit of refine flour to it n mix it well now take the marinated fish add in to the flour and then in to the semolina mixture and shallow fry it properly and then serve hot .
