Lingee Anti-dry Burning Temperature sensor probe for gas oven

Hello everybody, Today, I would like to share an interesting temperature sensor for you : Anti-dry burning protection sensor device. It can be used in gas oven, BBQ set, Baking Pan etc. The Max operational temperature can match 300℃ This temperature sensor device has for main parts. Part One is NTC thermistor inside. Thermistor 100Kohm has been used in this sensor device. Part Two is the Stainless steel protection shell with a flat top. The shell can protect the thermistor inside. And the flat top ensure a tight contact between the sensor and the pan bottom. Part Three is a set with spring inside. The spring can push the sensor flat top to ensure tight contact.
