The Queensferry Speech (full version)

This speech was intended to be made on a gloriously sunny spring day in Edinburgh. In a park at Holyrood. Just outside the parliament building. Instead, it became the Queensferry Speech, made in the lee of the magnificent Forth Bridge, a triumph of an earlier age during which Scots did not have an Edinburgh Parliament but did have the right to speak to one another. This video includes both the speech and the interaction with officers of Police Scotland who prevented it from being made at Holyrood.
