Hello friends,
Today I am offering a 90 minute yin yoga practice. I hope these 90 minutes give you a break from the noise of the external world and an opportunity for quiet introspection. Let’s create a safe a space where we can practice self exploration in a loving, non-judgmental way.
Physically, this practice targets all four quadrants of the thigh and gets into all six movements of the spine. Energetically, we are tapping into at least twelve of the major meridian pathways. This may be my favorite sequence released thus far. 😍
