Cylinder with a flap in OpenFOAM and CalculiX

Fluid-Structure Interaction on the incompressible, laminar flow around the cylinder with a flap. Case is adopted from the Turek-Hron FSI2 benchmark. The fluid and structure are coupled using the newly developed OpenFOAM adapter for coupling openfoam with preCICE.
