Full title reads: “Now Pathe Pictorial presents the Celebrated Concert, Radio and Gramophone Baritone, Tom Kinniburgh in ’Rolling Stones’“
Tom sings his song in a stage setting which represents a country scene. He carries a stick over his shoulder with a bundle attached to the end. He presumably is representing a wandering tramp type - although reasonably well dressed. The song is all about “wandering too and fro“ and although being down at heel “singing as I go“. He is a rolling soul who never feels downhearted.
He sits on a rock and lights his pipe then continues his song. When the song is completed he walks off continuing on his way.
