Enjoy Leg Day with Me

Saturday’s are my third and last leg day of the week. It has the least amount of volume in it. My focus lately is on targeting my weak points in my legs, one of them being my glute-hamstring insertion. Another one would be my calves, but I am doing them and they are growing slowly here lol!
