Hey Fam! This one is a total killer abs workout. I love to include the ankle weights that allow your abs to work even more and harder. Focus on doing the movements slowly and controlled, and give your core time to feel the muscles. I needed to do this workout 2 or 3 times to really feel my abs during the 12 minutes. You will work on your: - upper abs - 11 line look - muffin top fat - lean abs - side obliques CALORIES: I burned around 100kcal during these 12 minutes. !Remember!
