I am back with a new 30 MIN FULL BODY CARDIO EMOM STYLE WORKOUT - Bodyweight ONLY.
Challenge yourself with this one.
How it’s structured today:
EMOM means: every minute on the minute.
This time we have 8 different EMOMs.
One minute:
1. exercise (and a certain amount of reps)
2. exercise (and a certain amount of reps)
The minute starts and we try to accomplish the amount of reps, 1. exercise, and directly 2. exercise.
As soon as you got the reps in, you rest until the minute is over.
Then the new minute starts - we repeat this three times before having an extra rest of 40 sec and heading to the next 2 new exercises.
Feel free to rest whenever needed, and to set your own goals of REPS!

Remember: we all are different, so are our levels of fitness. Make every single workout YOUR OWN. It is really important to make sure to maintain a proper form while exercising. Feel free to modify some exercises (such as slowing down, no jumping etc.) or rest some more if you need to. 🙏🏼
