Transpedicular Thoracic Corpectomy

Thoracic corpectomy of T10 vertebra due to invasive soft tissue mass. Vertebral body collapses due to undermining and invasion of soft tissue cancerous fusion cage is utilized to replace removed vertebral body. Titanium rods are affixed to pedicle screws posteriorly at multiple levels to further support the spinal fusion.
