Kenyan troops launch assault against al-Shabab

Kenyan troops have been carrying out ground and air operations in Southern Somalia’s Gedo region.   It follows Friday’s Al Shabab attack on a Kenyan military base.   Kenya’s government is being criticised for revealing few details of the number of soldiers dead.   Al Jazeera’s Catherine Soi reports from Nairobi.
