Chapagetti, the trendiest dish these days that you must try
Chapagetti, Jjajang Ramyun that needs no further words. It is said that it has already been 39 years since Chapagetti was born. There are so many Chapagetti recipes on the internet. Beef Chapaguri from the famous movie Parasite is one of them. But at some point, the recipes started to change from simple Chapagetti to complex recipes that make real Jjajangmyeon. Chapagetti is not Jjajangmyeon. If you’re going to cook something that complicated, wouldn’t it be better to make real black bean noodles? 😅
I’ll show you a surprising recipe that’s really simple and can be made in just 7 minutes. If you make it this way, it feels like eating Jjajang-flavored Bolognese pasta. The amount of water is most important in this recipe. Please remember to use 330ml of water.
Then, shall we try cooking?
[Ingredient]
1 Chapagetti
70g minced beef (pork is okay too)
A teaspoon of red pepper powder (cayenne pepper and peperoncino are both delicious)
A pinch of salt and pepper
Frozen peas and Parmesan cheese toppings are optional
[How to cook]
1. Put vegetable oil in a pan and fry the minced beef.
2. Season with salt and pepper, add red pepper powder and fry for 1 to 2 minutes.
3. Add 330ml of water and boil.
4. When the water boils, add Chapagetti noodles and vegetable flakes. Boil for a total of 5 minutes.
5. After about 3 minutes, add frozen peas, seasoning powder, and Chapagetti vegetable oil.
6. Boil for about 2 minutes, mixing evenly so that the sauce penetrates the noodles well.
7. Transfer the Chapagetti to a plate and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese powder (optional)
8. Enjoy your meal!!
