Swans Dancing - Mating Dance or Rotation Display After doing a bit of research I’ve discovered this is a mute swan rotation display. Mute swans are territorial and will often defend their territory in an aggressive manner. Rotation displays, however, are rare examples of a non-violent territorial display.
