45 MIN FULL BODY KETTLEBELL WORKOUT at Home | Caroline Girvan

45 minute Kettlebell full body workout to fire all of your muscles and require a lot of stability and strength of your core! You will need a mat and a kettlebell for this full body workout. The kettlebell I am using today for your reference is 10kg so a lighter option in order to perform windmills and halo. You can of course perform windmills bodyweight only if preferred. If you have a choice of kettlebells, you could absolutely go heavier during certain exercises! Some moves can be performed at a fast pace than others so simply perform at a pace to suit you! The timer will be on for 40 seconds of work, 20 seconds rest! We repeat each exercise twice, most are one side then the other. I hope you smash this kettlebell session!! Let’s go!!
