Freediving training video. Sporty girl in swimsuit swims underwater fifty meters. It’s not ideal but shows well buoyancy issues and contractions when air runs low. We use bikinis in trainings to observe better chest and belly region for hypoxic behaviors. Swimming with no air in lungs brings down oxygen saturation in the blood faster and makes O2 training faster and more effective. We also see on this video feet works and arm pulls techniques. We are working to get this better.
