In 1999, Rob Cummins made a small change to his lifestyle that altered the course of his life - he gave up cigarettes. In the almost 20 years since, Cummins has become one of the world’s elite endurance athletes, qualifying for the world championships of the grueling Ironman race in Kona, Hawaii, twice.
