Tofu-Dregs Subway Collapsed Suddenly, Creating a Large Pit as Water Surged From Below

On the evening of August 8th, a dangerous water gushing occurred in the foundation pit of a subway station under construction in Wuha. This incident led to localized ground subsidence with an area approximately 20 meters in length and 10 meters in width. Residents of a 30-story residential tower in the Haifu Jiangcheng residential complex, were urgently instructed to evacuate.
