This class is perfect for people of all levels who might have tight shoulders, hips, and hamstrings and want to create a sense of freedom and open up the body. Start the Course. Deepen your flexibility and unlock the potential of your yoga practice with the ‘Transform’ course: We’ll begin with a 5-minute meditation, followed by a twisting standing pose sequence, and then finish by opening the hip flexors to improve flexibility and mobility in the lower back, legs, hips, inner legs, and groin.
