Is it Ukrainian TsiPSO trying to shake the Russian society from inside? There are too many different versions. First it was a version with a cat after the surgery who was taken from a shelter but later it became known that it was not true. Then it was a man who was going to with a wife’s cat, then a stepfather with a stepson’s cat, then just a friend who was asked to bring a cat to his owner. Now some TG channels write that the owner says that maybe the dead cat is not Twix. Every day a new story.
