Irresistible Krembo Cake, easy to make, Delicious, and pure happiness š
Equipment
26ā Springform Pan
Ingredients
Base:
Graham crackers ātea biscuitsā (approx. 1Ā½ packets, 375 g)
Dark Chocolate 60% (200 g)
Whipping cream (38% 200ml)
Pudding Layer:
Sweetened heavy cream (500ml)
Vanilla Instant pudding powder (80g)
Milk (Ā½ cup)
Sugar (2-3 Tbsp.)
Ganache:
Dark Chocolate (100g)
Sweetened heavy cream (125 ml)
Oil (optional)
Ganache:
Dark Chocolate (100g)
Sweetened heavy cream (125 ml)
Oil (optional)
Preparation:
Base:
1) In a bowl put milk chocolate and dark chocolate and whipped cream and melt them together until you get a smooth ganache.
2) Ground the tea biscuits and mix them with the ganache until you get a uniform paste.
3) Flatten the base material in a 26ā diameter round springform pan.
Pudding Layer:
4) Whip up the pudding layer ingredients together.
5) Spread the pudding on top of the base and put it in the fridge for 15 minutes at least.
Ganache:
6) Melt the chocolate and heavy cream together, (you can add a bit of oil to make the ganache smoother).
7) Mix well and add it on top of the pudding layer
8)Even the ganache layer and put the cake back in the fridge for an hour.
