गिलकी की सब्जी | How to Make Gilki ki Sabzi | Gilki ki Sabzi Bnane ki Vidhi
Hello friends, Today we will make Gilki gravy vegetable.
Ingredients -
250/g Gilki
1/2 cup roasted peanut powder
1 teaspoon fresh cream
Coarsely Crushed Garlic, Onion, Ginger, and Green Chilli
1 & 1/2 teaspoons red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
2 teaspoon coriander powder
1 & 1/2 teaspoon salt
pinch of garam masala
Recipe: -
To make gilki vegetable, first, we will peel gilki. After this, cut the gilki into big size pieces. After that take a pan and put some oil in it. When the oil is hot, add some cumin and mustard seeds. Now add finely chopped ginger, garlic, green chilies, and onions to it. Now fry them till they turn brown. And Crushed peanuts should also be added to the peel.
Now add red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, turmeric, and garam masala to it and add a cup of water and cook the spices well.
Add one spoon of cream and cook for some more time. Then add chopped gilki. Now pour half a cup of water and cover it with a plate, let it cook for 10 minutes.
Now the vegetable is cooked and ready, take it out in a serving bowl. Serve it with hot roti.
Try making vegetable in this way once, you will be licking your fingers. Enjoy this amazing simple Gilki ki sabzi with your friends and family.
