I am finally back with a NEW 15 Min Morning Mobility Routine for the entire body. 🧘♀️
Of course you can do this anytime of the day to feel smooth and relaxed.
Let me tell you a secret 🤫 : I was searching for this routine for soooo long. I filmed this back when I was in Thailand,... and then it got lost on a SD-Card. Last week I finally found the SD-Card - so happy about it now you can finally enjoy the routine with this special view and taste of Thailand 🇹🇭 .

Remember: we all are different, so are our levels of fitness. Make every single workout YOUR OWN. It is really important to make sure to maintain a proper form while exercising. Feel free to modify some exercises (such as slowing down, no jumping etc.) or rest some more if you need to. 🙏🏼
