US Rushed Deploy Dozens of F-16 Fighting Falcons to the Philippines Amid Chinese Tensions Around 110 pilots and dozens of F-16 Fighting Falcons loaded with Full Missiles will be temporarily deployed to take part in the Weapons System Evaluation Program (WSEP). The deployment is part of the Air Force’s joint program to test live-fire, air-to-air, and air-to-ground weapons or WSEP, which gives Guard members practice handling live bombs, and pilots the opportunity to fire live missiles.
