Dedication of gift from University of Virginia Alumni who fought in World War One (and who presumably are some of the crowd present) to mark the 100th anniversary of the school. Looks like a summit meeting; with many French; British; US and other statesmen arriving in cars; some stand outside greeting one another; while others walk past camera; including unidentified Middle-Eastern leaders in Arab head-dresses. French army leaders also present. Happy soldiers in street; talking laughing; etc.; Arc de Triomphe in background. Outdoor ceremony; with speeches given from platform.
