Tiny Monroe - Cream Bun

From the Cream Bun E.P. released in 1994. Tiny Monroe were formed in London in 1993. The band emerged as part of a perceived wave of female fronted bands influenced by the new wave sounds of the late 70s and early 80s as was the style at the time along with bands like Elastica, Sleeper, Echobelly and Salad during the Britpop Era. The Singer, ’NJ Wilow’, was noted for her charisma as John Peel said “NJ is, let me tell you, a wildly charismatic performer and Tiny Monroe live are much more robust than Tiny Monroe on record.“
