Thank you for watching my video, Francesinha l Portuguese sandwich l albert cancook Sandwich White bread 1 ribeye steak 6 slices of ham 4 Linguica sausages 8 cheese slices Sauce 1 onion 2 tomatoes 2 garlic cloves 1 bay leaf 1 tbsp Peri-Peri sauce 12 oz lager beer 1 cup beef broth 3/4 cup Porto 1 tbsp cornstarch 2 tbsp water Salt and pepper to taste Sauce Sate onion for 5 min until tender adds garlic, crushed tomatoes, peri sauce, and cook for 5-6 min. Add bay leaf, beer, Porto, and broth. Cook for 10 min and blend. Return to saucepan and add mixed cornstarch with water, cook until thick. Sandwich Toast bread, fry ham, and sausage. Cook steak as you like. Cook an egg.
