Multipolarity Will Empower The Nonaligned World. This Will Not Be A New Cold War | Chas Freeman
In the last part of the interview, former US Ambassador Chas Freeman talks about why he does not believe that the new world order will be like the Cold War. It will rather look like the concert system of the 19th century with several powers balancing each other. Russia is looking east and south, Turkey will not try anymore to be a European power and the nonaligned world will chart its own course with regional heavy-weights like Brazil, South Africa, and India playing a much bigger role than before. Africa will be the future in world politics as it’s demographic and mineral wealth will dominate much of the next century.
