Convicted Sex Trafficker Arrested In Bemidji

BEMIDJI, MN () A convicted Sex Trafficker out of Minneapolis was arrested in Bemidji last weekend. Joshua Carlisle was pulled over for a suspended drivers license, when it was also learned he was a non-compliant predatory offender with a sex trafficking conviction.
