“Midnight is where the day begins...“ U2 = my electronic music gateway drug. From the late 80s to through the mid 90s, U2 was my musical compass. So much so, I started buying their singles. On these singles I discovered something called “remixes“. Remixes with names like “Apollo 440“ and “Perfecto“ attached to them. Not so slowly, my brain awoke to this new world of sonic surrealism, never to be the same. This is one of my earliest eye-opening tracks.
