Kojarzycie powtarzające się sytuacje, w których nawet nie wiecie, kiedy zaczęliście “siedzieć“ w telefonie i obejrzeliście 27 shortsów albo zescrollowaliście 2 km Instagrama? Kojarzycie te dzieci z przyklejonym telefonem do twarzy w sklepie, autobusie, na przerwie, podczas obiadu - no w sumie wszędzie? Dopaminowe cukierki, które cały czas wręcza nam telefon i media ekranowe mogą odpowiadać za upadek relacji rówieśniczych i rodzinnych, rosnące statystyki depresji wśród dzieci i wszechobecny smutek, czy brak ambicji i zadowolenia z życia. Epidemia smartfonów opanowała cały świat, a większość z nas nie robi z tym nic. W dodatku bezmyślnie wkładamy smartfony w ręce dwulatków i cieszymy się, że fajnie sobie radzą. Wiem coś o tym - sam tak kiedyś zrobiłem...
