Prrrum - reggaeton/toning routine

This song is “Prrrum“ by Cosculluela. This routine is meant to be taught in a Group Exercise class. NOTE: Please make sure to modify this routine if Push Ups are NOT for your class. You can omit the Push Ups altogether and replace them with some Jumping Squats, or more chest pumps, or even Lateral Oblique Crunches. * When I teach this in class, I show Modifications with just a standard Plank hold, and Push Ups on the Knees. I have some students who choose not to go to the floor and just do standing squats while the rest of us hit the floor. It’s all in how you present it to your class - make sure it’s appropriate for them, give them modifications to choose from, and if YOU do the Push Ups ... do them PROPER. No one wants to see their Instructor doing a half-@ss push up, or doing a push up with really bad form. :) Remember to BRING IT... and your students will appreciate it!!!!!
