Hollow Clay Bricks Automatic Machinery Two Stages Baking Automatic Line Drying Rack Load Automatic

This clay brick automatic machinery line is especially suitable for hollow bricks with thin wall or clay bricks with wet raw materials, which requires two stages baking: one drying and one baking. The drying kiln adopts special multi channels drying kiln, equipped with special fans. The firing stage adopts wide tunnel kiln. The bricks feeded onto and unloaded off the drying cart by special drying chart load/unload mechnism automatically. The dried bricks will be regrouped and stacked by robot onto kiln car, then entering the tunnel kiln for final firing. The whole process of the bricks transfering, loading, unloading, regroup and stacking are controlled by PLC.
