Smoothoperator Vs Fiddlestick (Самосброс “Смычок“)

SmoothOperator VS Fiddlestick This video shows the difference between a Fiddlestick and a Smooth Operator. The Smooth Operator has an elongated hole on both ends large enough for a safety carabiner and pull line to be inserted. The dual safety holes allow a carabiner to be attached on both ends preventing the Smooth Operator from accidental pull out for all but the last person. A Fiddlestick does not have the holes in the ends. With the Fiddlestick a carabiner is inserted in the stein knot to keep the knot tied incase of accidental pull. The safety method used with the Fiddlestick does not prevent the stick itself from being pulled.
