Listen to Westhoff’s original: Vivaldi first borrowed this sonata movement in Violin Concerto RV 237 “facto per Maestro Pisendel“ (see ). This time, though, the material is more thoroughly reworked; and it is this passage that Vivaldi reused in yet another violin concerto, RV 349, found in Anna Maria’s Partbook. The autograph manuscript of RV 332 preserved in Turin diverges slightly from the version published in Amsterdam as part of Opus 8.
