Ultrathin EGD by Olympus EXERA III XP190N Ультратонкая трансназальная ЭГДС

Screening ultrathin esophagogasroduodenoscopy with narrow band imaging in 51 y.o. female patient reviled erosive gastropathy with atrophy, intestinal metaplasia of gastric mucosa and ultrashot (less than 2-3 mm) segment of columnar line epithelium of gastroesophageal junction with small healed erosion. Biopsy of gastric mucosa by OLGA staging system (Operative Link on Gastritis Assessment) and one of CLE lesion were done Examination was done with local anesthesia of nasal mucosa and was easily tolerated.
